Hi Beauty!  I am Khilia Chantal, a Virginia based Makeup Artist and owner of Khilia Chantal Cosmetics. I am a graduate of the Norfolk State University where I earned a B.S. in Biology and Johns Hopkins University where I earned a M.S in Environmental Science & Policy.  

 

Although, I've always been a lover of all things beauty, my journey to makeup artistry was not linear.  My makeup career started over 8 years ago and I have been afforded a number of amazing industry opportunities along the way. Some of which include features in:
