Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  Orders are processed Monday-Friday excluding holidays.  Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be porcessed on the following Monday.  Processing times may be extended during holidays and promotions.  All Pre-orders will be processed and shipped once the official sale starts.

Khilia Chantal Cosmetics is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped.  Package information can be located using the tracking information provided via email or by contacting your local post office.

Please make sure your address and shipping information is complete and accurate (including building and/or apartment number when applicable).  Khilia Chantal Cosmetics is unable to complete any changes or modifications once information is submitted. Any packages returned to Khilia Chantal Cosmetics due to incorrect address information can be resent, however the customer will be responsible to for additional shipping fees.
