Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 48 hours in advance. A 50% refund of booking fees will be provided for all online lesson appointments cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance. No refund will be provided for appointments cancelled after the 48 hour period.
